- Manage a portfolio of properties (student rentals, multi-unit, mixed use) within the Niagara Region
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements; set initial rent level, collect rent from tenants and adjust the rent as required.
- Provide dedicated assistance and support on all Rentals 101 administration, processes, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain properties through proactive investigation of property details, resolve tenant issues, enforce rules of occupancy, and conduct proactive inspections of properties.
- Understand our client’s specific goals pertaining to the success of their investment properties.
- Manage the expectations of the tenants and the clients.

- Natural sales & customer service qualities as leasing will be major part of this position.
- Be reliable and flexible; must be available to respond to co-workers and tenants immediately.
- Follow up and execution are essential as the staff/tenants need to know their issues/assignments are being completed in a timely manner.
- Team player with good communication skills, verbal and electronically.
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and self- motivated with ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet Browser.
- Use of Smart Phone is also required.
- Must have vehicle and valid driver’s G license.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends is required.
- Knowledge of real estate investment and property management is a strong asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
