Key Responsibilities:



• Create and implement wellness programs centered on psychological health • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships • Act as a subject matter expert in psychological safety • Evaluate wellness initiatives for effectiveness • Collaborate with various stakeholders for program success

Requirements: • Relevant degree with 3-5 years experience in complex organizations • In-depth knowledge of psychological health standards • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize multiple projects • Certified HR qualified preferred
