As a Health Promoter, you will coordinate health promotion initiatives within diverse East Toronto communities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your key role includes enhancing access to health services while addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate health promotion programs with community partners • Provide health education to diverse populations • Facilitate access to primary care for priority groups • Support the operation of the Mobile Health Clinic • Advocate for community health access and resources

Requirements: • Post-graduate degree in health or social science • 3-5 years in health promotion or education • Minimum 2 years of driving experience • Robust communication and facilitation skills • Knowledge of community resources in Taylor Massey
