Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, AZ or DZ Driver to join our team.
Duties
- Operating a septic vacuum truck to pump waste from customer septic tanks
- Locating and lifting septic tank lids and hoses to preform pump out
- Dumping full truck load at various disposal sites
- Driving Dump Truck and other heavy equipment
- Communicating with other drivers and dispatch to maintain efficiency on your route
- Taking care of your assigned truck to maintain a qualified image
- Doing Pre and Post trip inspections and keeping Driver’s Log book up to date
- Providing help to other members of the team when asked and performing other duties as assigned
The skills you bring:
- Ability to lift 50lbs+ and execute the physical tasks of the job
- Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and experience
- Patience and care when operating a truck, especially in winter
- Experience operating mechanical and hydraulic systems considered an asset
- Valid DZ Driver’s License with driver’s abstract and 3+years driving in Canada
- Valid AZ License an asset as we have Trucks that require this license.
- Ability to work alone or with a team
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
