Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and/or Python.
- Automate Web, API, and backend testing scenarios.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Execute API testing and database validation using SQL.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners within Agile teams.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design, automation development, and quality

engineering activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit/PyTest, and automation framework

development.
- Strong API testing and automation experience (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).
- Positive SQL and database testing skills.




- Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, defect management, and QE best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BFSI or other enterprise domains.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft

Copilot, ChatGPT, or AI-enabled testing platforms for code generation, test automation, test case creation, and productivity improvement.
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and performance testing tools

Mandatory Skills: SDET . Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 77000 to CAD 120000 .
