Position Overview

Cesaroni Technology Incorporated (CTI) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector (QC- Manufacturing) to inspect injection-molded components and ensure products meet established quality and dimensional requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the manufacturing team to identify defects, perform measurements, and document inspection results.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform visual, dimensional, and in-process inspections of injection-molded components, machined metal parts, and stamped metal parts.

· Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections in accordance with established inspection procedures.

· Measure and verify component dimensions using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection equipment.





· Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and inspection criteria.

· Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products.

· Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality and traceability records.

· Support investigations into product defects and manufacturing quality issues.

· Verify that inspection equipment is maintained and calibrated as required.

· Follow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

· 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, in a manufacturing environment.

· Post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or a related field is an asset.

· Experience with injection molding or plastic components is an asset.

· Proficiency with precision measurement equipment and inspection tools.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.

· Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Experience working within an ISO 9001-certified environment is an asset.

· Ability to work independently and effectively in a production environment.
