About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with deep experience in Selenium, Playwright and C#, and robust SQL/database skills and solid knowledge of software testing processes and manual testing practices, who will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in test automation. This role does not involve people management,

but we are looking for someone who can mentor others, lead technically, and independently drive automation strategy and execution.

Experience using AI tools to support test automation, test design, and related testing activities is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality software through robust automated testing and enjoys working in a technically challenging environment with complex applications and data models.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide skilled input for planning, scheduling, and implementation of test automation projects and component level architecture within the automation framework.
- Design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality test automation scripts to expand on our automated regression test set.
- Act as the go-to expert for Selenium and Playwright-based test automation using C# .




- Analyze complex relational databases to retrieve, validate, and prepare test data using advanced SQL, including reading and leveraging stored procedures.
- Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate test automation development, maintain existing scripts, and troubleshoot issues.
- Support manual testing efforts and leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Track, report, and communicate test results and automation progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in test automation, with strong hands-onexperience in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and C# .
- Strong experience developing using object-oriented code
- Strong command of SQL , including writing and optimizing queries, and understanding of complex schemas and stored procedures .
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and willingness to perform both manual and automated testing activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to support software testing and test automation activities .

Preferred:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Health industry & insurance billing experience desired.

Applicants will be asked to complete a C# test.
