Your duties will include operating environmental control systems, monitoring seedlings, and providing feedback to management. Key Responsibilities: • Implement water and fertilization programs as specified • Operate the Argus Environmental Control System • Monitor seedling growth and perform analyses • Inspect for insects/diseases and apply control methods • Maintain accurate records using computerized systems
