Product Development and Improvement Project Manager
to join its Research and Development (R&D;) team Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the successful candidate will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our products and the implementation of innovative solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and monitor activities related to product development and improvement projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget Prepare and maintain the required technical documentation Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes Ensure compliance with the company's quality and safety standards Required Skills College diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in a relevant technical field or product management, including mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering,
or industrial maintenance Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools (Gantt charts, Excel, and Word) Knowledge of electromechanical systems is considered an asset Knowledge of SolidWorks and PDM (Product Data Management) is considered an asset Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and intermediate-level English Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a high degree of autonomy and attention to detail Robust sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset What We Offer Comprehensive group benefits package (life insurance, disability, medical, and dental insurance) Group RRSP plan Social activities and a collaborative work environment
