The Quality

Engineer position is a 12-month contract focused on managing and developing the quality management system at Record NA. You will collaborate with plant and quality managers to implement effective quality strategies while driving team development. Your efforts will help secure optimal customer perceived quality through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of strategic quality plans
- Implement effective quality assurance strategies
- Manage documentation of quality issues using BC365
- Facilitate training to raise quality awareness
- Champion the management of non-conformity findings Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience
- 3-5 years in quality management procedures
- Proficient in English, multiple languages preferred
- Experience with digital tools for quality management
