- Collect, record, and analyze data related to quality metrics to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures and support corrective actions when deviations are detected.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence through process improvements.
- Support calibration activities for measurement tools and ensure all equipment meets calibration requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on quality management or quality control.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, quality inspection techniques, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience using measurement tools such as calipers and data collection devices.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to document findings clearly.
