Responsibilities
- Collect and review customer requirements (drawings, specs, quantities, etc.).
- Input and maintain accurate data in the ERP system and supporting spreadsheets.
- Efficiently and accurately prepare quote packages with strong attention to detail.
- Monitor and utilize customer(s) online database(s).
- Compile and accurately enter quote details into ERP System.
- Create or update/revise part numbers and Standard BOMs in ERP System.
- Escalate any unclear requests to Quoting Administrator Level 3 or Quoting Administration Supervisor.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure efficient and timely set up of quotes.
- Maintain digital quote folders documentation.
- Send approved official quotes to customer.
- Maintain timely quote follow-ups and ensure accurate updates within the ERP system
- Maintain customer proprietary property.
- Follow up on official quotes with customers as required.
- Comply with all HSE, QMS and Corporate policies at Norquest.
- Communicate directly with customers on quotes, clarify requirements, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Professional and courteous phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Previous experience in accounting or financial roles is an asset.
- Experience working in a quoting or estimating department, preferably in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings is an asset.
- Ability to quickly retain and apply training and procedural knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel,
- Outlook and Teams is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
