The Opportunity As a REALTOR® with KW ICON Realty, you will have the opportunity to build your own real estate business while serving buyers, sellers, investors, and clients throughout the Ottawa market.

You will be responsible for developing relationships, generating business, guiding clients through real estate transactions, and creating a strong referral and repeat-client network.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners
- Prospect and generate recent business opportunities
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings
- Prepare and present offers and other real estate documentation
- Negotiate and represent clients professionally
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients
- Stay informed about Ottawa’s real estate market, neighborhoods, pricing, and trends
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Develop referral and repeat-client opportunities
- Participate in brokerage training, meetings, networking, and business development opportunities
- Continuously develop your real estate knowledge, skills, and business
