About the Prospect

We are looking for driven, ambitious Realtors who want to build a successful full time real estate career in downtown Toronto.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their own real estate business while benefiting from the support, resources, and culture of a collaborative brokerage. You will be joining a brokerage, not a real estate team. Each agent trades independently under their own name, builds their own client base and personal brand, and maintains ownership of their individual business while having access to training, mentorship, lead opportunities, systems, and a supportive downtown office environment.

New agents are welcome. Previous real estate sales experience is not required, but commitment, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are.

What We Are Looking For The right person is:

- Committed to working in real estate full time
- Licensed with RECO or currently completing their licensing
- Interested in actively trading in downtown Toronto
- Driven, competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow
- Comfortable prospecting, following up with leads, and building client relationships
- Highly organized and responsive
- Confident communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
- Willing to participate in training, prospecting, meetings, and team initiatives
- Able to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative brokerage environment
- A licensed driver with access to a vehicle
