Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of Project Management experience . 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects . Hands-on experience delivering

Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, data migration, security model, platform capabilities, and release management. Experience managing System Integrators,



third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore teams. Strong knowledge of

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with
