We are a high-end real estate media company looking for an elite, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our team as a subcontractor.

This is a flexible, on-demand contract position. We shoot a diverse portfolio of properties, including high-end residential, multi-family rentals, construction, commercial, and industrial spaces. If you deliver top-tier work, respect high-quality equipment, have an entrepreneurial spirt, and have the skills without having to worrying about the editing bottleneck, we want to hear from you.

What We Provide

- Post-Processing: You shoot the raw photos, upload it, and walk away. Our dedicated editing team handles all the photos post-production.
- Premium Gear Provided: Access to high-end company equipment for shoots (including Sony bodies, GM & wide-angle lenses, DJI drones, etc).

Responsibilities:
- On-Site Captures: Film and photograph properties based on clear, standardized checklists.
- Media Scope: Capture high-end interior/exterior photos, cinematic videos, and drone/aerial footage.
- File Management: Upload all raw media files promptly at the end of each shoot day according to standard workflows.
- Professionalism: Act as the face of our brand in office,



delivering exceptional, polite customer service to clients.

DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You are a beginner or still learning basic camera settings.
- Your visual composition, lighting, and framing are not consistently perfect.
- You are not a problem solver.
- You cannot reliably travel to scheduled shoots across the Greater Toronto-Hamilton- Niagara area.
- You do not have consistent availability during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

Requirements
- Experience: Proven portfolio - ideally in real estate. While real estate experience is a asset, we welcome top-tier talent from landscape, automotive, event, or commercial backgrounds who have an eye for perfection.
- Technical Skills: Operate camera effectively, use equipment, & should have some editing skills (final cut pro, premiere pro, davinci).

Compensation: Competitive Per-Shoot Contract Rates (Paid per property captured based on scope)
