We are looking for a recent member to join our reception team at our thriving dance studio. Our reception team provides the first impression to all our clients and guests. We are in search of a candidate who will maintain organization, kindness and positivity in all communications. Successful applicant must be available 3-5 shifts per week; all shifts are evenings (approx 2-9PM) and weekends (approx 8:30-4PM)

Responsibilities

- Welcome all families and faculty with a smile
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer emails
- Complete receptionist daily tasks
- Assist clients in completing purchases for classes and merchandise
- Oversee and complete tasks for ongoing projects or events
- Assist teachers with administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Grade 12 Diploma




- Ideally some post secondary education completed
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with different social media platforms
- Familiar with Google Drive (sheets, documents, gmail etc)
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Must love working with children

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Secondary School (required)

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
- English (required)
