Auricle Audiology & Hearing Clinic is a growing hearing healthcare practice dedicated to providing exceptional hearing assessments, hearing aid services, and patient care. We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team immediately at our clinic located within Glenwood Health Centre (16028 100A Ave NW, Edmonton, AB).

Position Summary The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience. This position requires prior experience in a hearing aid or audiology clinic environment and proficiency with Blueprint EMR.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous experience working in a hearing aid clinic or audiology clinic
- Familiarity with Blueprint EMR
- Strong administrative, scheduling, and patient service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical workplace
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Available to start immediately

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing clinician calendars
- Registering patients and maintaining accurate records in Blueprint EMR
- Processing patient paperwork and documentation




- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Coordinating hearing assessments, hearing aid appointments, and follow-up visits
- Managing billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation as required
- Supporting hearing healthcare professionals with administrative tasks
