Foresee Eyecare, an independent, family-owned eye care practice in Vaughan, is looking for a full-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. We're known locally for combining personalized, family-focused eye care with advanced technology (myopia control, dry eye therapy, vision therapy) and a curated collection of designer eyewear. You will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet and check in patients of all ages
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to keep the day running smoothly
- Answer phones and emails professionally, resolving patient questions
- Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and assist with billing
- Assist with pretesting/preliminary diagnostic tests before the optometrist sees the patient
- Support our optical team by helping patients select eyewear that suits their needs,



preferences and lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform day-to-day administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

- Warm, people-oriented — comfortable with patients of all ages, from young kids to seniors
- Organized multitasker who stays calm during busy stretches
- Comfortable learning new software and diagnostic equipment (training provided)
- Detail-oriented, especially with insurance and billing accuracy
- Previous experience in optometry, healthcare, or high-end retail is a plus, but not required — we're glad to train someone enthusiastic and reliable
