As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors. Your main focus will be providing professional customer service and supporting the daily administrative needs of our Sudbury office.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls;
- Directing inquiries and messages to the appropriate department;
- Responding to general rental and property-related questions;
- Scheduling appointments and property viewings;
- Receiving and distributing mail, deliveries, and documents;
- Completing data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation;
- Maintaining an organized and qualified reception area;
- Handling confidential information appropriately;
- Assisting team members with general administrative tasks;
- andCompleting other related duties within the scope of the role.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
