What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Support administrative tasks including vehicle inventory stocking, courier processing, and payment handling
- Record receipts for Sales and Service and prepare the daily cash summary
- Assist management with additional tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
- Strong communication skills with comfort engaging diverse clientele
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist experience is an asset
- Computer literacy required
