We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across a variety of technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skill needs, and cultural fit expectations.
- Source candidates using job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand technical and skilled trades roles.
- Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, certifications, and work eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and client‑specific hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing, recruitment agency, or talent acquisition environment.
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or skilled trades roles is strongly preferred.




- Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue‑collar / skilled trades recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staffing requests in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (Assets)

- Previous experience as a Talent Sourcer or Candidate Sourcing Specialist.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience supporting high‑volume or urgent hiring needs.
- Experience recruiting within the aerospace or aviation industry is considered a solid asset, but is not required.
- Knowledge of aerospace compliance requirements (such as ITAR) is considered an asset.
