Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages of $20.55/hr

Paid overtime after 40/hours per week

Company Performance Bonuses

Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1 st full year)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean environment

Produce Quality products

Meet hourly production quotas

Document daily production

Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test
