About Clairvest Clairvest is a private equity firm focused on investing in and partnering with entrepreneurial businesses to create long term value We are a collaborative high performance team that values intellectual curiosity ownership integrity and continuous development About the Role Clairvest is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the firm with a primary focus on identifying and attracting exceptional talent for investment team and corporate functions This role will play a key part in maintaining the high hiring standards that underpin Clairvests culture and long term success The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of professional experience and brings strong recruiting relationship management and project management capabilities Candidates with experience in skilled services environments including management consulting accounting investment banking law executive search or private equity are particularly encouraged to apply This position is based in our Toronto office at Yonge and St Clair and requires an in office presence five days per week We offer competitive salary and benefits in the range of 80000 100000 commensurate with qualifications and experience Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Lead full cycle recruitment processes across a variety of functions and levelsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements ideal candidate profiles and search strategiesDevelop proactive sourcing strategies to identify high caliber talent from consulting firms investment banks accounting firms law firms and other relevant organizationsConduct candidate screening and assessment interviewsCoordinate and manage interview processes ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experienceTalent Pipeline Development Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needsDevelop relationships with candidates recruiters professional networks and industry associationsConduct market mapping and talent intelligence exercisesWork with both undergrad and graduate students interested in careers in Private EquityRecruiting Strategy and Operations Partner closely with investment professionals and corporate team members throughout the recruitment processProvide market insights recruiting trends and recommendations to support hiring decisionsEnsure timely communication and updates to stakeholdersMaintain accurate recruiting data and reportingTrack pipeline activity recruiting metrics and hiring outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiencyTalent Management Support the Director of Talent Management in other aspects of the Talent lifecycle including internship programming reviews competency mapping and cultureQualifications Required 3 to 5 years of professional experienceExperience in recruiting or talent acquisitionBachelors degree in Business Commerce Human Resources or a related fieldStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong professional judgmentAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentPreferred Experience in management consulting accounting investment banking law executive search private equity or a similar professional services environmentExperience working with senior executives and business leadersFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systemsExperience managing large pipelines and campus recruiting experienceLocation Toronto ON Yonge & St Clair Reports to Director Talent Management
