Human Integrity HR is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. Based on a salary of CAD$80,000 to CAD$100,000, this position offers the chance to make independent decisions, lead a team, and shape the direction of the organisation through solid execution and results.

Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience working in agency recruitment,



with a demonstrated ability to deliver results consistently
- Track record of leading or managing a recruitment team, with the confidence to make decisions independently
- Strong grasp of KPI tracking and the ability to use data to drive performance and strategy
- Hands-on experience with ATS software and the technical side of recruitment operations
- Focus on execution and delivery, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

- Qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CIPHR, SHRM, or equivalent recruitment industry credential
- Experience in the healthcare sector, or demonstrated ability to recruit for regulated environments
