We are looking for an experienced journeyman electrician to join our service and maintenance team. Expert Electric provides electrical repair, maintenance, and installation services in residential, commercial, and industrial settings all over the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Job Benefits:

· 80K – 120K a year, based on experience and work ethic

Requirements:

· Third or fourth year apprentices are welcome to apply if they are looking to challenge their Red Seal and gain experience in service and maintenance

· Priority given to Red Seal journeyman electricians with experience in service and maintenance - work will include residential, commercial, and light industrial jobs - Ideal candidate has a variety of experience in electrical field as a red seal journeyman

· Low-voltage and controls experience is also an asset

· No criminal record – we work in people’s homes and thus require a clean background check

· Technical and troubleshooting experience

· Basic knowledge of service upgrades and BC Hydro regulations

· Experience with generators and solar installations is preferred

· Valid BC drivers license with clean record

· Basic communication skills – responsible for discussing jobs with customers and team members

· English speaking
