Red Seal Electrician – Solar & Electrical

Solectric Energy Solutions is looking for a Red Seal Electrician who wants something different from the typical electrical job.

We are a growing Nova Scotia electrical and solar company specializing in residential and commercial solar installations, electrical upgrades, EV chargers, generators, service work, troubleshooting and renewable energy systems.

The majority of this position will be solar, but we are not looking for someone who simply wants to spend every day installing panels. As one of our electricians, you will be involved in the complete installation — from rooftop equipment and solar wiring to inverters, electrical panels, disconnects, commissioning and troubleshooting.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a valid Canadian Red Seal Electrician certification
- Takes pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Is comfortable working on roofs and outdoors
- Enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Wants to learn more about solar, batteries, EV charging and modern electrical technology
- Shows up, works hard and wants to be part of building something bigger

Solar experience is an asset, but it is not required. If you are a strong electrician with the right attitude, we can teach you the solar side. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
