Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of multiple branch locations. You'll empower teams, grow business results, and help create a workplace where people love coming to work. Leading, coaching,



and developing Advisors and branch teams Driving growth and retention across Personal Lines and Autopac business Supporting employees through ongoing performance conversations, training, and career development Ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint Participating in business planning and helping shape future growth opportunities Building relationships within local communities and industry associations Ensuring compliance, risk management, and industry standards are followed across all branches You understand Personal Lines and Autopac and can confidently guide teams through both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the business.

You can balance day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on long-term goals and opportunities. Loves building relationships Whether it's with customers, employees, community partners, or leadership teams, you understand that great results start with strong connections.

Minimum

Level 3 General Insurance License Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills Experience with Autopac and Personal Lines insurance (considered an asset) Experience with EPIC (considered an asset) With 29 locations across Manitoba, we're proud to offer career opportunities that combine professional growth with a robust sense of community.
