Description The Regional Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team of District Managers across the assigned region, ensuring strong program execution, exceptional client service, and consistent field performance. This role serves as a key liaison between field leadership, retail partners, client stakeholders, and internal teams, with responsibility for driving operational excellence, coaching field teams, supporting merchandising initiatives, and delivering against established goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted leader for District Managers within the assigned region, providing direction, support, and accountability to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee ongoing merchandising, brand ambassador, and field execution services to ensure client expectations, program standards, and retail objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with field specialists, District Managers, store leadership, retailers, and client partners through timely, professional, and solution-focused communication.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop the region’s field management team while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.
- Monitor and maintain accurate reporting related to scheduling, staffing, field specialist performance, coaching activity, follow-up actions, and overall execution.
- Manage all aspects of team training, onboarding, communication, and field execution to support consistent delivery across the region.
- Complete required reports and evaluate overall performance against program goals, key metrics, timelines, and client expectations.
- Partner closely with Team Leaders and internal stakeholders to review reporting, track performance metrics, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively communicate field issues, staffing concerns, performance gaps, rep fall out, and program challenges to leadership using clear, timely, and solution-driven recommendations.
- Manage regional expenses responsibly and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
- Work from a home office environment while also traveling as needed to visit the client/Mosaic headquarters, meet with retailers, and support field execution across the assigned territory.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and program success.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements

- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience Requirements

- Three or more years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, field marketing,



or a related environment.
- Demonstrated supervisory or people leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams, build morale, drive accountability, and accomplish business objectives.
- Previous experience supporting retail merchandising, retail operations, grocery, club, or big-box retail environments is strongly preferred.
- Required, home office space with broadband Internet connectivity.
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to effectively use the internet, email, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.

- Strong coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation skills with the ability to support individuals and teams in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with field managers, specialists, coworkers, retailers, and clients.
- Ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally while maintaining a solution-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of the assigned region, and follow through with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, define realistic goals, prioritize competing objectives, and keep team members aligned to expectations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving established success metrics for the assigned region.
- Ability to participate in weekly team conference calls and maintain consistent communication with account leadership.




- Ability to conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders and travel within and outside the assigned territory as business needs require.
- Willingness and ability to travel on a weekly or bi-weekly basis within the assigned territory.
