Key Responsibilities:
• Champion workplace safety culture and compliance
• Implement health and safety management software
• Advise the Joint Health and Safety Committee
• Oversee risk assessments and corrective actions
• Conduct training sessions for employees and contractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Health & Safety roles
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• Familiarity with Ontario health and safety regulations
• Experience with WSIB processes and protocols
• Strong skills in risk assessment and safety auditing
