We encourage you to visit our website at seguintrucking.Com.Position OverviewWorking an average of 50 hours per week on jobsites in Northern Ontario focusing on North Bay, Sudbury and surrounding area, you will be welcoming your crew in office and reporting to your Project Manager daily. A supervisor's responsibilities focus on planning and engaging successful construction processes effectively and safely by directing a team of field workers and coordinating with sub-trades. A supervisor has ownership of the worksite and the performance results. Working outside in the elements in a team environment, around heavy equipment, the supervisor at times is required to perform physical tasks and/or office related tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in pre-execution planningJob site organization, safety, scheduling and performancePresent pre-task instructions and safety meetingsLead and work with a crew of 2-15 workers and sub-contractorsRead, understand and follow construction drawings, instructions and specificationsDirect, supervise and complete various civil construction projects effectivelyInput timecards, daily logs, schedule updates, material inventory, etc.Type of work varies to road building, laying pipes, civil infrastructure, demolition, landscaping, concrete, paving, site work,
