In this critical role, you will monitor Shelter operations and provide essential care to both residents and those seeking assistance. Your expertise in human services and interpersonal communication will be vital for creating a respectful and empowering atmosphere. Candidates should be ready for challenging yet rewarding work with full availability for shift schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents' safety and Shelter compliance
• Facilitate communication with non-residents seeking support
• Monitor and maintain Shelter cleanliness effectively




• Empower clients through educational resources and guidance
• Act as a role model and maintain personal boundaries
Requirements:
• One-year certificate in human services or three years’ experience
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in First Aid & CPR and Safe Food Handling
• Insurable Saskatchewan Driver's License and clean criminal record
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, year-round
