Job Summary

A Technical Business Analyst in an IT setting with significant experience working with multi‑org & global implementations.

Responsibilities

- Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases.
- Development and tuning of ad‑hoc reporting queries using SQL.
- Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of the data and functional requirements.
- Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements.
- Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes where required.
- Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements.
- Provide reports and analysis of data that allows the business to make data driven decisions to improve business operations.





Qualifications & Technicalities

- Min 5+ years of experience working on a software development team as a business analyst and technical / systems analyst.
- Experience creating technical requirements and high‑level technical designs.
- Analyse and assess technical solutions and advise stakeholders on the options.
- Experience in Enterprise web applications development, including the use of .NET C#, Front end technologies (Blazor, Angular) & SQL.
