DiligentlyactionsMRPmessagestoensureon-timedeliverytoproductionandserviceparts IssuesPurchaseOrderstosuppliers and processes supplier acknowledgements Proactiveanddiligentcommunicationwithsupplierstoensureontimedelivery MonitorspastduesthroughLatePurchaseOrderreportandexpediteswhennecessary MaintainsaccurateandcurrentdeliverydateinformationinJDEforinboundsuppliershipments Actions Engineering Change Notices affecting assigned suppliers(manages cutin dates,issues first article POs, supplier communication, etc.)



Processrejecttagsbycollaboratingwithsupplierqualityandengineeringondispositionofmaterial CommunicateswithProcurementSpecialiststoaddresspricechangesordiscrepancies Assistsreceivingwithdeliveryissuessuchasquantitydiscrepanciesandmissingpaperwork OtherdutiesasassignedbythePurchasingManager.
