Third Space Counselling & Mental Health is a growing private practice located in Downtown Vancouver. We support adults and teens using integrative, evidence-based approaches including ACT, IFS, ERP, and EMDR. We're looking to build a team that shares a commitment to thoughtful, LGBTQIA2S+ and culturally affirming, client-centred care. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the culture and clinical direction of a group practice in its early growth stage.

The Role

We're looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or equivalent (MSW, CCC, or registration-eligible) to join us as an Associate. You'll build your own caseload with support from an established referral base, while contributing to the growing clinical identity of a practice.

We're especially interested in counsellors with specializations such as:

- Couples and/or family therapy
- Eating disorders
- Substance use or concurrent disorders
- Neurodivergence (ADHD, AuDHD, Autism)
- Sex therapy
- Grief and bereavement

Additional assets (not required, but valued):

- Fluency in a language other than English
- Weekend and/or weeknight availability
- Interest in offering group work or workshops
- FNHA, CVAP, and/or ICBC approved

Qualifications

- Registered (or registration-eligible) as an RCC with BCACC, or equivalent regulatory body (RCSW, CCC, etc.)
- Specialized training in area(s) of expertise
- Comfortable with independent practice management (scheduling, notes, basic admin) within a supportive team structure
- Alignment with an integrative clinical approach
