Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

Centered on Children Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team at our child care centre located at 8201 Weston Road, Woodbridge, ON.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences. As an RECE, you will play an important role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of the children in our care.

Position Details

Employment Period: September 2026 – June 2027, with the possibility of a permanent position

Starting Salary: $25.86 per hour

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates must

- Hold a current Standard First Aid and CPR Certificate (Level C)
- Provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
- Have a valid 2-Step TB Test
- Have up-to-date immunizations and all other required employment documentation
- Have knowledge of How Does Learning Happen? (HDLH) and CCEYA




- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language
- Have a friendly, approachable, cheerful, and energetic personality
- Be reliable, punctual, and committed to working collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Have a genuine passion for working with and supporting young children
