The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced EMDR-trained mental health clinician who is confident in their clinical work and passionate about supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, and other complex life experiences.

This role is ideal for a therapist who:

- Has completed EMDRIA-approved Basic Training in EMDR
- Has a strong clinical foundation providing individual therapy
- Is comfortable integrating EMDR with other evidence-based and talk therapy approaches
- Values autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable caseload
- Wants to focus on thoughtful, quality care rather than high-volume pressure
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team while maintaining independence in their clinical work
- If interested, future opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and supervision of Master’s-level practicum students (additional compensation provided)

What We Offer

- $99–$114 per clinical hour

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide mental health therapy and counselling services to individuals, couples, and families
- Support clients through a variety of mental health issues
- Use your clinical judgment and experience to guide treatment
- Collaborate with a team that values consultation and shared learning

What You’ll Bring

- Registration in positive standing with a relevant governing body
- Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing therapy/counselling
- Training in EMDR therapy
- Strong ability to work independently with confidence and structure
- Comfort using Jane App and Google Workspace (training available)
