Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs and health conditions
- Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their wellness goals to develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical information using appropriate terminology
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols




- Promote wellness services and educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
- Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to support comprehensive client care when necessary

Experience

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness treatments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and explain treatment options clearly
- Familiarity with maintaining detailed client records in compliance with privacy standards
- Prior experience working with a variety of client conditions is preferred but not required
