We offer a competitive split compensation with a monthly cap.

As part of the SMHWC team, you will:

- Provide and deliver Registered Massage Therapy services in accordance with SMHWC policies and professional practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, including thorough client assessments to understand health history, concerns and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow up treatments and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain and follow the ethical practices of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills
