Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that enhance our clients' health, relaxation, and overall well-being. Duties
- Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Assess client conditions and develop customized treatment plans to address specific concerns or injuries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or exercises.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide clear explanations of procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and massage therapy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive client experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client concerns.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
