Foundation Health Centre is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Fredericton. This is an employee-based hourly position offering $35–$40/hour, stable predictable income, flexible scheduling, full administrative support, and no dependence on commission, revenue split, or maintaining a fully booked caseload.

About Foundation Health Centre

Foundation Health Centre is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic focused primarily on helping Military Veterans, chronic pain clients, and individuals recovering from injury improve function, reduce pain, and return to meaningful daily life.

Our team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Social Workers, Massage Therapists, and medical professionals working together to support client outcomes.

Compensation & Work Environment

- $35–$40/hour based on experience and clinical background
- Employee-based hourly position offering stable and predictable income – your income is not dependant on commission, revenue split, or maintaining a fully booked caseload.

This role is ideal for an RMT looking for a stable and rewarding position within a respected rehabilitation clinic.

Responsibilities

- Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-informed massage therapy treatment
- Treat clients experiencing chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, postural dysfunction, stress-related conditions, and rehabilitation-related conditions
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Social Workers, and other healthcare providers




- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide clients with education and home-care recommendations
- Participate in collaborative case discussions and interdisciplinary care planning when appropriate

What We’re Looking For

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience treating chronic pain, rehabilitation, or complex cases is considered a strong asset
