We are looking for a friendly and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join a newly rebranded wellness clinic in Scarborough.
We offer a 65%-70% contractor split, flexible scheduling, and an existing client base with ongoing new client inquiries — a great opportunity for an RMT looking to build a steady schedule without having to start from zero.
Both experienced RMTs and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Flexible Schedule We understand that many RMTs work at more than one clinic, so we’re happy to work around your existing schedule.
Choose the days and shifts that work best for you.
Evening and/or weekend availability is especially welcome, as these are high-demand appointment times.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs
- Complete treatment notes and maintain client records in accordance with CMTO requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide appropriate home-care recommendations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment setting
- Build positive, long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Professional, reliable and client-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently within a supportive clinic environment
- New graduates are welcome
Compensation 65%-70% of massage therapy treatment revenue – Independent Contractor
