Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results




- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, expectations, and any contraindications or health considerations
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every client
- Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and listening attentively to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a skilled demeanor
- Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules and treatment needs
- Familiarity with health and safety standards applicable to massage therapy practices
