REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST POSITION AVAILABLE

Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist looking to grow your career in a supportive and energetic environment? Synergy Sport Therapy is excited to welcome a new RMT to our multidisciplinary team!

Located in the northeast end of Guelph, our clinic is co-owned and operated by two dually certified Athletic Therapists and RMTs who are committed to client-centered care. Joining our team means building a solid client base while collaborating with a team of experienced practitioners who value assessment, rehabilitation, and active recovery.

The Ideal Candidate: We’re seeking an RMT who thrives on helping clients achieve their best through manual therapy, remedial exercise, and self-care. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to collaboration within the clinic and community.

Qualifications:

- Graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program
- Current registration (or exam candidate status) with the CMTO in good standing
- A genuine interest in injury rehabilitation, exercise, and reconditioning
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week, with potential for more
- Flexibility to accommodate business needs

Assets (Not Required):

- Dual certification in another manual therapy discipline (e.g., Osteopathy, Athletic Therapy, FST, MAT)
- Additional modalities, such as cupping, IASTM, CranioSacral Therapy

We’re continuing to grow! we’re looking to fill out some demand in the clinic and continue with collaboration and internal referrals. We’re looking for an RMT passionate about collaboration and comfortable working with all ages and bodies. An AT-RMT currently enrolled in massage school or with confirmed intention of enrollment to take on our waitlist. And a manual osteopath passionate about integrative care to support our Myofunctional population and all our other amazing clients.
