We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through various massage techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
The Massage
Therapist will work closely with clients to promote relaxation, pain management, and overall well-being.
Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support patient health goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Skills
- Robust patient service skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication.
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques to identify individual needs.
- Solid understanding of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus.

Pay: From $123.00 per hour
