We are excited to be developing a new wellness clinic in Downtown Halifax. We are looking for a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join us as we build this new space and expand the services available to our community.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RMT who is looking for a flexible practice environment and would enjoy being part of a growing healthcare and wellness team.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, modern environment where patients can access a variety of healthcare and wellness services in one convenient location.

Located alongside a patient-focused pharmacy and healthcare practice, our services include pharmacy care, clinical services, travel health, weight management, chronic disease support, preventive healthcare, and other wellness-focused services.

About the Opportunity

As one of the practitioners helping establish our new wellness clinic, you will have the opportunity to build your practice while becoming part of a cooperative healthcare environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about massage therapy, takes a patient-centred approach, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with their clients.

The role may include

- Providing professional massage therapy assessments and treatments
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals
- Providing therapeutic, relaxation, and other appropriate massage techniques within your scope of practice
- Educating clients on treatment plans, self-care, stretching, and other strategies to support their wellness
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Creating a comfortable, welcoming, and professional client experience
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare and wellness professionals when appropriate
- Maintaining professional standards and following all applicable regulatory requirements
- Contributing ideas and feedback as we develop and expand our wellness services

What We're Looking For





- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the applicable Nova Scotia regulatory body
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing individualized, high-quality care
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in wellness and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals
- New graduates and experienced RMTs are welcome to apply
