Summary

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative and growing team at Vital Wellness Centre. This role is ideal for a therapist who values building strong patient relationships, providing personalized care, and working in an setting that supports clinical growth and development.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to the patient's needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. You will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their wellness goals and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Provide various massage techniques tailored to individual patient needs, goals, and preferences
- Building meaningful relationships with patients by creating a safe, welcoming and supportive treatment environment.
- Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive care.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all clients.




- Continue to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy.

Requirements

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to massage therapy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Have active liability insurance in accordance with the requirements of the CMTO
- Be in good standing with paramedical insurance companies

Pay: $83.00-$87.00 per hour
