Key Responsibilities:
• Answer calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and resolve client requests
• Identify needs and recommend relevant products and services




• Provide pricing and inventory details to enhance customer experience
• Process customer orders with precision in the computer system
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management with high attention to detail
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to provide an abstract
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
