This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating qualified who understands premium finishes, complex scopes, tight timelines, and the level of accuracy required to deliver polished interior spaces.The ideal candidate has strong experience estimating commercial interiors, luxury office spaces, hospitality, retail, or other high-end fit-out projects and can confidently manage drawings, specifications, trade pricing, and tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates for high-end interior and fit-out projectsReview drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documentsComplete quantity takeoffs, pricing, trade coverage, and bid analysisWork closely with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, project managers, and leadershipIdentify scope gaps, risks,
