Key Responsibilities:



• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing leaks and electrical fixtures • Conduct HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting • Execute general property repairs including carpentry • Manage appliance diagnostics and repairs effectively • Perform preventative maintenance tasks regularly
